Cancellation Policy

1. Cancel 4+ days before the tour date → Full refund.

2. Cancel 3 days before the tour date → 50% refund.

3. Cancel 2 days before or on the tour day → No refund (notice period too short).

4. To change your tour date or switch to another available tour, please notify us at least 2 days before the tour date.

5. We’ll do our best to arrange an alternative tour for you free of charge.
